Returns & Refunds Policy
Due to the personalised and custom-made nature of our products, The Pickled Factory does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for change of mind purchases.
All products are manufactured specifically to the customer’s submitted design, text, artwork, sizing, colour selections, and specifications at the time of ordering.
Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or cancellations for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information submitted by the customer
- Spelling, grammar, or artwork errors approved or supplied by the customer
- Delays caused by shipping carriers
- Minor variations in colour, alignment, engraving depth, stamp impression, or material finish that may occur during the custom manufacturing process
Faulty Products
If you believe your item is faulty or has been manufactured incorrectly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
To assess the issue, we may request:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photographs showing the fault
Once reviewed, if the product is confirmed by our team to be faulty due to a manufacturing defect or production error made by us, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost.
Refunds are not provided for custom-made products unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
Australian Consumer Law
This policy does not exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
If a product has a major failure, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
