Shipping Policy

At The Pickled Factory, we take pride in creating and dispatching your order as quickly as possible from our factory in Mulgrave, Melbourne, Victoria.

Order Processing

All orders are processed and dispatched from our Melbourne factory during business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).

Custom-made products may require additional production time before dispatch. Estimated production times are displayed on individual product pages where applicable.

Once your order has been completed, it will be shipped via Australia Post.

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

  • Delivered via Australia Post Standard Post

  • Estimated delivery: 1–5 business days after dispatch

Express Shipping

  • Delivered via Australia Post Express Post

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days after dispatch

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand periods.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your parcel's progress through the Australia Post network.

Delivery Delays

While we work hard to ensure all orders are dispatched promptly, The Pickled Factory cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:

  • Australia Post network disruptions

  • Severe weather events

  • Public holidays

  • Peak shopping periods

  • Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an incorrect address is supplied and the parcel is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with Australia Post to investigate the issue and assist in resolving the matter.
