Ink Pads: Ink pads are sold separately and must be added to your cart with the stamp. Ensure your ink pad is at least 5mm wider or longer than the stamp (for example, a 45mm round stamp requires the 88 x 57mm ink pad, not the 65 x 45mm).
Fabric Stamping: While stamps work on fabric, you'll need to source suitable fabric ink that won't run during washing. Our ink pads are designed for paper and card. We can supply dry ink pads with no colour if you're using your own fabric ink.
File Requirements: Submit your design in PDF, PNG, JPG, EPS, AI, or SVG format for best results.

Shipping information
- We currently only ship within Australia!
- We ship our stamps via AU Post.
- Current dispatch for our stamp is within 1-4 business days (provided no proofs are requested and there are no unforeseen delays with AU Post.) Holiday period this will increase to 3-5 days handling.
Returns & warranty
As our products are all custom and handemade we are not able to accept returns for change of minds. If your product is faulty please reach out and we will be more than happy to help get it resolved as much as we can.
