As this is a custom-made product, we don’t accept returns for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged or has a production error, we’ll gladly send a replacement free of charge.

Shipping information
- We currently only ship within Australia!
- We ship our stamps via AU Post.
- Current dispatch for our stamp is within 1-4 business days (provided no proofs are requested and there are no unforeseen delays with AU Post.) Holiday period this will increase to 3-5 days handling.
